FAQ:

Do you have a physical office or perform services in person?

No. I work remotely by utilizing cloud-based accounting, document management, and bill pay software. This allows me to serve clients across the US and to spend less time on travel and more time serving my clients.

Are you a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)?

I am not a CPA. A common misconception is that you have to be a CPA to provide bookkeeping & tax preparation services, but what it really means is that the CPA has a higher level of education, is qualified to perform audits and certify financial statements, and can represent you before the IRS in all matters.

How do I know if I need a bookkeeper, a CPA, or someone else?

Bookkeepers are able to handle most of your daily operations like recording transactions, invoicing, paying bills, and payroll and are more affordable than a CPA.

Depending on the complexity of your business, you may want to hire a CPA for higher level CFO or tax advising or to oversee the bookkeeper for more complex situations.

I have no hesitation about telling my clients if I’m not suited to complete certain tasks. I’m here to help you in any way that I can which includes making sure you are pointed to the most qualified financial professional for your needs. I can get you connected with CPAs, EAs, Financial Advisors, Payroll Benefit Specialists, and more.

Do you work with QuickBooks Desktop?

I do not work with QuickBooks Desktop. I work with online accounting software Such as QuickBooks Online, Xero, and FreshBooks.

How much do your services cost?

My packages are customized to each client. During our Discovery Call we will create a plan together with your needs and budget in mind and I will provide you with a quote during or after our call.
